3D Stereo Blend

3D Stereo Blend
A Multi Model Stereo Environment
Measure, analyze, and visualize 2D images in Stereo 3D using NVidia shutter glasses, anaglyph glasses, or other stereo ready hardware

3D Stereo Blend has been developed to enable the extraction of structural information of objects from sequences of overlapping images. Through the use of stereoscopic viewing, 3D Stereo Blend enables depth perception to be visually represented to the users, which enables the mapping of three dimensional structures from standard two dimensional imagery. 3D Stereo Blend has been developed to enable users without an in-depth knowledge of photogrammetry to be able to perform what would be complex tasks with relative ease. This makes 3D Stereo Blend a powerful tool, with applications in a number of varying fields from 3D photo-geology and land surveying to the mapping of archaeological sites.

Key Features

3D Stereo Blend
Image navigation

Seamlessly transition between images within an image collection, automatically incorporating changes in scale.

Digital images

Supports digital images captured from both metric aerial cameras and non metric hand held cameras.

Guided orientation

Guided orientation procedures enable non-experts to utilize the auto image correlation feature to set up image collections for analysis.

Measure

Enables the measurement of structural parameters of objects modelled and projection of planes.

Review

Perspective rendering of collected data, models drawn and camera positions.

Import/Export

Import & exports models in common supported formats to and from external applications such as ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD, etc.

3D Stereo Blend

3D Stereo Modeling

Model structures within your image collection with vector graphics directly in stereoscopic view for optimal precision. It is also possible to switch to a perspective view to perform non-stereo modelling.

3D Stereo Blend supports multiple views so different features of the same model can be shown at the same time.

3D Stereo Blend

Import images

Import an arbitrary number of images and order them in different projects. A large variety of images are supported including large image formats, including Enhanced Compression Wavelet (ECW) and JPEG 2000 (JP2) formats.

Use the project designer feature to set up image collections which can be calibrated after one or more cameras.
