GUDP-VIND alpha release

First release of VIND is now out and ready to be installed on the various fishing vessels. The release includes:

• Advanced map for visualizing different types of layers (Grib and shape files are supported).
• Detailed weather forecasts (including wind, visibility, current and wave height).
• Automatic layer synchronization and updates.
• Messaging component for easy user feedback.
